Advocacy

We are the strong voice when yours isn’t being heard and the quiet-still one in the midst of a storm. We will go to bat on your behalf to create win/win solutions to challenges in a variety of areas including but not limited to education, business, family matters, health, and finances. We maintain strict confidentiality and work very closely with our clients to ensure the best possible solutions.

Our Advocacy Services consists of the following:

• Mediation/Conflict Resolution
  • We help to quickly and peacefully settle disputes before they go to court. We work with all parties to help create an environment where there can be constructive dialogue and workable solutions for all involved.
• Negotiations
  • We assist with negotiating salaries, settlements, re-entry into school, and business. In addition, we work with our clients to help them strengthen their own negotiation skills.
• Support Services
  • We help not-for-profit and for profit agencies implement employee assistance programs and help individuals to establish support circles and wrap-around groups. In addition, we provide information, referral, letter writing, and assistance with filing formal complaints.
• Who May Benefit:
  • Students facing challenges at school who have become frustrated and overwhelmed.
  • People who wants to file a formal complaint do not know where to start.
  • Someone seeking to resolve a matter but can’t get the other party to listen.
