We assist companies or individuals desiring to start a business with mission development, company culture, policies and procedures, standard operating procedures, job descriptions, logo development, etc. In addition, we assist with executive and employee recruitment and retention efforts, management training and development.

Career Development

We assist professionals seeking career opportunities or making career changes with resume writing, interviewing, applications, overall presentation (including dressing-for-success), etc. In addition, we assist companies with employee development.

Event Planning/Coordination

We organize and coordinate major events such as seminars, large meetings, conferences, training symposiums, competitions, banquets, concerts, fashion shows, pageants, etc. We work with individuals and/or companies to assist in making their exquisite. Pageant Consultation

We work with pageant contestants (Miss, Mrs. And Teen) to help them prepare for local, state, and/or national competitions. Preparation includes interviewing, stage presence, wardrobe selection, talent, and overall image.
